The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed ME/FP design and construction administration services for
the Virtua Marlton Medical Equipment Room Renovation and RTU Replacement located in Marlton, NJ. The
project included the replacement of one (1) 10-ton packaged rooftop unit, ductwork modifications, control
modifications, new lighting, new power to the unit and fire protection modifications. This unit serves the
medical equipment room and clean sterile storage.

CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical services for the Virtua Camden Campus to evaluate
the existing chiller and boiler systems. These systems provide chilled water and steam via complexed piping
systems throughout the 225,000 sf building. The evaluation included condition of equipment, life expectancy,
order of magnitude for equipment replacement, and estimated construction cost..
