The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed design and construction administration services for a new
outpatient Care Network facility in Pennsylvania. The Care Network site, which is approximately 10,400
sf, including a 2,000-sf addition to the existing two-story building, contains primary care space program,
including patient exam, office support and reception/waiting areas. The Rock Brook Consulting Group is
performing MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the Core & Shell and Fit-Out.

The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed design and construction administration services for the fit-out
of a new outpatient Care Network facility in Pennsylvania. The new fit-out provided a refresh to approximately
4,5000 sf of space within the existing multi-tenant building occupied by CHOP. It included consult rooms,
office support, and reception/waiting areas.

ABRAMSON RESEARCH CENTER (ARC)

The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed design and construction administration services for the
renovation of the thirteenth and fourteenth floors of the Abramson Research Center (ARC) to accommodate
additional workplace. The renovation included selective modifications on each floor with a quantity of existing
offices remaining intact on each floor. The renovated project area on the thirteenth floor was approximately
6,500 square feet. The renovated project area on the fourteenth floor was approximately 9,500 square feet.

COLKET TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH BUILDING

The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed design services for the renovation of the CHOP Colket Translational
Research Building to accommodate additional workplace. The renovation included modifications to the
existing first floor meeting space and café plus the addition of a mezzanine between the first and second
floors. The office space was a total area of approximately 37,000 square feet.
