Rock Brook performs continuing services for Virtua Health System. Following are relevant project
examples.

VIRTUA HEALTH – CAMDEN CAMPUS
CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical and electrical design services for the Virtua Camden
Campus to convert two (2) 30-ton rooftop air conditioning units from constant air volume to variable air
volume. The project also included motor operated dampers and air flow station on each of three (3) floors
and VFD on all supply and return fan motors.

VIRTUA HEALTH – CAMDEN CAMPUS
CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical services for the Virtua Camden Campus to evaluate
the outside air requirement for the third through fifth floors in the former patient tower. The patient tower has
been re-purposed into classroom function. The evaluation determined the code required outside air for each
classroom and recommendations for new HVAC system.

VIRTUA HEALTH EMR SUITE
VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the
16,000 sf Virtua EMR office suite, located in Voorhees, NJ. The project was a complete renovation of the existing
free-standing medical office building and included offices, conference rooms, break rooms, toilet rooms and
IT closets.

VIRTUA HEALTH ACCESS CENTER
PENNSAUKEN, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the
20,000 sf Virtua Access Center, located in Pennsauken, NJ. The project was a complete renovation of three (3)
floors in an existing four (4) story free-standing office building and included open office areas, private offices,
conference rooms, break rooms, toilet rooms and IT closets.

VIRTUA HEALTH – SHORE AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER
SOMERS POINT, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical services for the Virtua Shore Ambulatory Surgery
Center to evaluate the entire HVAC system for the 8,500 sf, free-standing surgery center located in Somers
Point, NJ. The evaluation determined the age and condition of the HVAC system and recommendations for
compliance to current guides lines.
