18. We have not included LEED, Energy Star, or similar program submissions that are in excess of compliant
with the local building codes. A cost for providing submissions associated with these programs can be
provided upon request.
19. It is our understanding that the project is not located within the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and
therefore will not require any specific design considerations or documentation to be completed. A cost for
providing this documentation can be provided upon request.
