                                                   o  Investigation of central domestic hot water supply vs.
                                                      decentralized system (water heater per apartment).
                                                   o  Apartment cold and hot water distribution. We anticipate a
                PLUMBING                              PEX distribution with central Mana bloc.
                                                   o  Common area cold and hot water distribution to
                (CONT.)
                                                      bathrooms, gym, exterior wall hydrants etc. We anticipate
                                                      copper distribution.
                                                   o  Provisions for domestic water sub-metering at each
                                                      apartment and retail.
                                           •   Design of gas distribution including:
                                                   o  Common area HVAC
                                                   o  Routing to apartments (if desired) – Assuming on house
                                                      meter, not individually metered
                                           •   Documentation will include floor plans, riser diagrams, equipment
                                               schedules, installation details and a book specification.



                FIRE                       •   Code research.
                PROTECTION                 •   Prepare a performance-based fire protection system, complying with
                                               NFPA 13.
                                           •   Specification and selection of fire pump.
                                           •   Coordination with civil on multiple connections to utility for fire water
                                               service for high rise.
                                           •   Documentation will include floor plans, equipment schedules,
                                               installation details, and a book specification.
                                           •   Permitting will be based on sprinkler contractor’s shop drawing
                                               submission.
