                        TASK         CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT / PERMIT
                                         •   Incorporation of client input from design development effort.
                           03
                                         •   Final architectural coordination.
                                         •   Documentation of the systems suitable for bidding and permit:
                                                o  Completion of the remainder of the typical enlarged unit
                                                    mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans for bid/construction
                                                    based on owner/architect input.
                                                o  Final equipment, distribution and terminal device sizing.
                                                o  Completion of specification.
                                         •   Attendance at the allocated meetings during this phase.
                                         •   Issuance of permit and construction MEP packages, including COMcheck
                                             compliance forms.



                        TASK         CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
                                         •   Respond to reviewing agencies.
                           04
                                         •   Response to contractor RFIs.
                                         •   Review of shop drawings.
                                         •   Attendance at the allocated site visit
                                         •   Preparation of a single punch list effort for the following areas:
                                                o  One of each apartment configuration (i.e. one bedroom, one
                                                    bedroom with den, two-bedroom, two bedroom with den, studio,
                                                    etc.)
                                                o  Common areas and back of house spaces including corridors,
                                                    amenity spaces, parking garages, and roof.
