Civil Designer, responsible for site design for the expansion of an existing
large-scale office complex and a Resubdivision plan to reallocate existing
square footage into updated building configurations. Project included a new
five-story office building (#730) and parking garage (#736) and associated
steam line, gas line, roadway, utilities and storm drainage in Area 2, new
parking lot in Areas 1A/1B, new parking lot and recreational pavilion in Area 3,
and expanded parking lot in Area 4 and new parking lot and road in Area 5.
DuPont Chestnut Run Gatehouse, Wilmington, DE
Civil Designer, responsible for site design for a new Gatehouse. A Security Gates Resubdivision Plan was prepared for
expansion and reconstruction of two guard booths, including roadway, parking lot and curb revisions, addition
of fencing, automobile gates and pedestrian turnstiles.
