ASTRA-ZENECA REDEVELOPMENT, OFFICE, RETAIL, RESIDENTIAL
Avenue North is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former AstraZeneca site. The project LOCATION
will create about 1.864 million square feet of office, residential, retail, restaurant, and hotel FAIRFAX, NEW CASTLE
accommodations. The project will accommodate current office tenants AstraZeneca, COUNTY, DE
ChristianaCare, and Solenis on the 72-acre campus located at the intersection of Concord
Pike (US Route 202) and Powder Mill Road in Fairfax. YEAR COMPLETED

The $400 million development would add about 113,275 square feet of office space to the 2020 Parking Garage
existing 860,000 square feet. The project will create 360 apartments, a 12,000 square foot 2020 Channel Rest.
