CHESTNUT RUN PROJECT RENAISSANCE
DU PONT CHESTNUT RUN PLAZA

Project Renaissance was name for a site expansion project at Chestnut Run Plaza (CRP) LOCATION
located in northern New Castle County on the 218+ acre site on Centre Road. As part of the WILMINGTON, NEW
project, two new office buildings (730 and 735), a structured parking deck (736), and CASTLE COUNTY, DE
pavilion were constructed. Stormwater facilities and parking lots were reconfigured and YEAR COMPLETED
repaved.
2013
Landmark was hired by the owner as their local civil engineer to work in coordination with ACRES
the project architect, Kling Stubbins. Landmark assisted in the land development approval 218.7 SITE TOTAL
process including preparation of the Record Plan, perimeter and topographic surveying, and COST
construction administration. UNDISCLOSED

Construction-phase services including construction stakeout and DNREC Certified OWNER
Construction Review were provided to BE&K, and later KBR, throughout the course of the E.I. DU PONT DE
project. Construction layout of the parking garage was provided to Nason Construction. NEMOURS & COMPANY
Various as-built surveys were provided for stormwater management facilities, buildings,
sidewalks and parking lots.

A Flood Study Update was conducted throughout the Chestnut Run property as part of this
project. Landmark provided a wetland investigation and all surveying and flagging.
