                Landmark Science & Engineering has been satisfying clients’ needs at Chestnut Run Plaza since 2000. See experience
                below of our surveying, planning and design, flood studies, environmental assessments, and construction-phase services
                •   Resubdivision Plan (Parcel A) to reallocate existing square footage into updated building configurations to allow
                    for expansion and new building projects. Provided ROW stakeout, tree survey, and site perimeter monuments.
                •   Lancaster Avenue Office Building Site Expansion (728) – Title Subdivision for a new 100,000 SF office building,
                    parking facilities and entrance on Lancaster Avenue. Provided the entire land development process: planning, civil
                    engineering construction documents, survey, construction stakeout, permitting and approvals.

                •   Project Renaissance (Buildings 730, 735, and 736) – As the local civil engineer for the owner, Landmark worked in
                    coordination with Kling Stubbins, the project architect, and assisted in the land development approval process
                    including preparation of the Record Plan, perimeter and topographic surveying, and provided construction-phase
                    services (construction administration, stakeout, DNREC Certified Construction Review and stormwater as-builts.)
                    o  Expansion included new office buildings 730, 735, structured parking deck 736, an outdoor pavilion, and
                       reconfigured building 720 NE and NW parking areas with subsurface stormwater management facilities
                    o  Buildings 722/723 patio and drainage improvements; Building 730 as-built survey for new sidewalk/pavers
                    o  Flood Study Update was conducted throughout the Chestnut Run property, providing environmental analysis,
                       surveying and stakeout.
                •   Additional projects on the site include, but are not limited to:
                    o  Steam Line and Gasoline Line Replacements (south  o  Storm drainage master planning
                       side) –surveying, wetland consultation/flagging,   o  Building 708 parking lot repaving
                       construction stakeout for installation      o  Building 715 sidewalk improvements
                    o  Stormwater pond outfall repair              o  Buildings 713, and 714 parking lot repaving

                •   Chestnut Run (Louviers) Federal Credit Union (#724) – Landmark provided the site design, topographic/ existing
                    conditions survey, construction documents, construction stakeout, and certified construction review for the
                    stormwater management facilities for construction of the new office building and parking lot on Centre Road.
                •   Security Gates Resubdivision Plan for expansion and reconstruction of guard booths at the main Centre Road and
                    Faulkland Road gates to provide for new, secure entrances. Work included roadway, parking lot and curb revisions,
                    addition of fencing, automobile gates and pedestrian turnstiles.
