Steven J. Krinsky PRINCIPAL / PROJECT MANAGER
Leadership of DEDC as well as “Principal in Charge” and/or Project Manager for
selected projects and clients.
Over 35 years of experience in a variety of engineering and leadership positions.
Previous responsibilities have included consulting, engineering and design, project
management, manufacturing management and engineering management.
As a Project Manager, Steve brings an extensive background in engineering and
design, management and leadership to each project. He is particularly skilled at
the design development phase of projects where his involvement results in careful
planning, scheduling and consideration of requirements. Steve enjoys the strategic
planning component of projects.
Steve is a leader who will drive the project through critical phases. He enjoys
sharing knowledge and encouraging development of others to achieve specific
goals. Steve is a skilled communicator who interacts with internal and external
customers at all levels to ensure successful communication and coordination
between members of the project team.
Steve has managed projects of all types. He typically manages these types of
customers and projects:
Industrial and Manufacturing
Campus or Multiple Sites
Research and Development
Multi-Disciplined and Complex
Finally, most of Steve’s projects and customers are located in Delaware. He is very
familiar with the regulatory requirements in Delaware.
