                                                   Project Manager, responsible for master planning, site design, surveying,
           agency approvals and permits to develop a 24.5-acre office campus for mixed-use office, restaurant and day care facilities. A
           walkable campus setting was created with a paved walking trail system that connected all buildings. A Minor Land Development
           Plan was prepared to accommodate CSC Global headquarters, with 4-story office (148,000 S.F.) and 2-story office (55,000 S.F.)
           buildings, and a 4-story, 644-space parking garage (218,000 S.F.) allowing for a 4-acre meadow with grass paths. Green
           technology stormwater BMP design included.
           Fairview (K-12) Campus – Site Master Plan & Site Design, Townsend, DE
           Principal/Project Manager, responsible for overall planning, civil engineering, and environmental components and coordination
           with architect to master plan and provide site design for all aspects of the 272-acre site for 4,000 students. Four school
           buildings, with interconnected middle, high and performing arts center.  Athletic facilities: planning and design of 10 athletic
           fields, 6 tennis courts, field house and stadium for 3,000 spectators.  Phase I: 2012. Phase II: 2020.

           Project Manager, responsible for site design for a 4,000+ square foot pad and utilities for installation of a new chiller.
