Compensation
Bernardon proposes to provide the Basic Services scope per the following fees:
Phase I - Construction Documents
Architecture $6,000.00
Structural Engineering $ 750.00
MPFPE Engineering $5,000.00
Total Phase I $11,750.00
Phase II - Bidding
Architecture $ 500.00
MPFPE Engineering $ 500.00
Total Phase II $ 1,000.00
Phase III - Construction Administration
Architecture $1,500.00
Structural Engineering $ 250.00
MPFPE Engineering $1,500.00
Total Phase III $ 3,250.00
TOTAL BASIC SERVICES $16,000.00
Reimbursable Expenses (such as permits, renderings, prints, reproducibles, additional consultants, UPS,
car share, travel, etc.) will be invoiced based upon actual costs expended times a multiplier of 1.10. Travel via
employee-owned vehicles will be charged in accordance with the standard IRS mileage rate.
