5. Time Schedule

A. Time to complete 85% drawings and specifications for ECHO review and
B. Time to complete 100% drawings and specifications for bidding and permitting process.

II. Entitlements

1. Complete preparation and management of the approval processes necessary to submit for and obtain all
building permits and certificates of occupancy, both state and local, as required.

III. Scope of Work

1. Architectural
a. Modify existing tenant space to provide turnkey delivery per tenant work letter (see attached
Exhibit “C”)
