What is your dream of going into business? As a business coach,
when I ask my clients this question, some people look at me with
a blank expression which translates to ‘what is he talking about'?
Some would say money, but the majority would say freedom. I can
relate to that because there is one thing every human craves more
than any other, it is freedom of time, money, choice, etc. Whatever
your dream maybe, in this piece I would share simple steps with
so you can take steps to move closer to it. Is that a big promise?

When people move from employment to self-employment, the first
thing to go out of the window is the freedom they so much desire.
Why? In employment there are structures in place to get
performance out of them to a place where all decisions rest on
them and there is no structure to guide them. This is what I called
the ‘CHAOS’ stage of the entrepreneurship journey. If you are not
trained to fix this quickly, most entrepreneurs’ journey never goes
beyond this stage; because they would have to cope with one
crisis or the other until it falls apart completely. This is one of the
major reasons why 80% of businesses never get past the 5 years
stage; about half of the remaining 20% are also struggling.
However, there are a few that get their acts together quickly and
they would clean up the resources in the marketplace. Some
people would look at them and say they are so lucky. Is that true?
Nope, it’s not luck, there is something they are doing differently
that gets them results consistently and at will. This is what I am
going to share with you, so stay with me.
