business changed from feast and famine to consistent revenue;
the fun part is that they also work less and earn more.
One of our clients who was a banker moved from the stability of
monthly salary to feast and famine in his mortgage brokerage
business. He was made redundant by his bank but got a significant
severance package. So, he went ahead and retrained as a
mortgage broker; that’s the easy part because he struggled to
even get a single client. As the day went by, his savings dwindling,
he panicked and started looking for a solution which is the clever

Most people jump right into business because of their passion. The
energy is usually very high at the beginning. However, as the
reality sets in, that energy starts dropping gradually and suddenly,
it becomes a grind. Passion may get you results occasionally, but
you need more than that to get a consistent and growing revenue.
If I may say that it is not your fault that things aren’t working out
because we can only do our best with the solutions available to us.
The educational system doesn’t prepare us for entrepreneurship.
Instead, we learned a lot of things that we would never need in our
lives, but the important things were left out. Some of the important
lessons, I am going to share them with you right here if you just
stay with me.
The government has neglected the small businesses to fend for
themselves but if you owe a penny of tax, they would go after you
like a hound dog. Politicians are self-serving most of the time so
we can either complain about them or we find ways to do our
business better; I would rather do the latter. I vent my frustration
at them occasionally like I am doing now, so feel free to do the
