Leadership Programme for Technical Architects
       A leadership development programme designed for a renowned IT company
       in Pune It was created specifically for a group of senior, highly skilled Technical
       Architects who otherwise work in the background, to be upskilled to increase
       their level of impact by thinking and acting like well-rounded BUSINESS
       LEADERS, not just technical experts.


       Project PRISM
       A ground-breaking employee welfare improvement programme, designed and
       delivered for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), was awarded “Best Practice
       for HR Capability Development”. The award is designed to identify and honour
       organisations that have demonstrated best practices in developing, deploying,
       and maintaining solutions for Health & Safety, Human Resources, Technical
       Implementations and Small Business Development


       Activate
       IDG nominated ‘Activate’ for the ‘Best Leadership Development Programme
       for Middle Management’ in the prestigious ‘Global Training & Development
       Leadership Awards’ hosted by the WHRDC in Mumbai, India. It is a bespoke
       leadership and management development programme created by IDG for one
       of the largest banking organizations in the world. IDG took home the trophy
       for sheer brilliance of the programme. ‘Activate’ is an IDG Leadership and
       Management Development workshop specifically designed for the high quality
       but under developed middle managers of a growing organisation.

       'Activate' once again won an award under the National category in Mumbai,
       India. It is designed to support a growing population of people managers who
       are facing a significant uplift in their responsibilities.


       Civil Service Development Programme
       The Civil Service Development Programme(CSDP) won the Silver award in
       the Best Public-Sector Programme category at a ceremony in London on 5th
       December 2017. Its reach and impact go beyond the subsequent promotions and
       career development of the alumni – 40% of whom are female. Participants work
       in small teams during and beyond the programme on projects which provide
       real, tangible benefit to the Kingdom. These have included enhancing youth
       employment opportunities; education for young cancer patients in hospitals and
       marketing products produced by local women in rural communities.


       FUSION
       The awards were hosted by the World HRD Congress and the objective of
       the awards was to identify and honour individuals, Teams and Organizations
       from the corporates, education, public and private service sector, who have
       leveraged learning and development in order to significantly advance workforce
       productivity and performance. ‘FUSION’ just does that - build momentum and
       deliver simpler, better and faster for customers through enhanced leadership
       & followership skills, closer networking and more effective team working. The
       programme focus is on building a solid foundation of values and attitudes,
       embedding small behavioural adjustments to help make a difference in the long
       run and teaching persistence for continuous improvement and progress.
