Level 3 Qualifications
in Principles of Management & Leadership
The range of units in the Level 3 qualifications in Principles of Management & Leadership can be assembled in combination to make a
Level 3 Certificate or Level 3 Diploma, but each can also be taken alone as a Level 3 Award.
We use this option to create a series of Level 3 Awards with a particular focus, allowing individuals with a specific area of interest to
become professionally qualified in that subject area.
We also offer a standard Level 3 Certificate for those who don’t wish to choose from the range of optional units.
