CILO 2: Apply appropriate concepts of nutrition and diet therapy

CILO 3: Assess the nutritional status of a given client using relevant parameters and appropriate nutritional assessment tools.

CILO 16 on Internationalization The course will draw on the latest research and evidence from global and regional sources, including
UN Women, WHO, FAO, IFAD, UNICEF, WFP, and WHO, and will provide learners with practical tools and resources to apply their
knowledge and skills in their professional and personal lives.
CILO 17 on Gender & Development - Advocate for policy and practice changes that promote gender equality and sustainable nutrition
and diet therapy, and contribute to the achievement of the SDGs, particularly SDG 2, SDG 3, SDG 5, SDG 6, SDG 13, and SDG 17.
CILO 18 SDG -Understand the Interconnectedness of Nutrition and Sustainable Development: Analyze how nutrition and diet therapy are
integral to achieving the SDGs, particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and
SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and recognize the importance of partnerships in advancing these goals
