Quizzes/ Requirement/ Exams
1. A student who missed Quizzes/ Requirements/ Exams without a valid reason will have a
transmuted score of zero (0)
2. A student who gets a score of zero (0) during Quizzes/ Requirements/ Exams will have a
transmuted grade of 40%.
3. If a student provides documentation supporting the excused absence, he/she shall be
allowed to take a special Quiz/ Requirement/ Exam.
