ii. Visitors will be entertained by students in group.
iii. No visitors are allowed during the immersion period
C. Dress Code
i. Student must wear T-shirts and pants
ii. Provocative dresses are not permitted.
D. All students must observe the following decorum:
i. Be responsible in performing assigned tasks both household and RLE activities.
ii. Do tasks as scheduled.
iii. Be courteous and tactful always to the community people, CIs,
i. Schoolmates and group mates.
iv. Refrain from asking offering made by the community people.
v. Be truthful and honest always.
vi. Be role model in all aspects (sanitation, nutrition, good interpersonal relationship).
vii. Be a resourceful, patient, and obedient. He must be able also to adapt to the community’s
way of life.
viii. Observe silence particularly during the night. Students should talk in a modulated voice.
ix. Students must always ask permission from CI whenever they go somewhere in relation to
their exposures in their community.
x. All students must sign in the logbook for the time in and time out.
xi. Students must observe the rules and regulation embodied in College of Nursing Student
Handbook. Violation of the same will have corresponding sanctions.
E. Case Study
A case study should be presented every end of the clinical rotation. Case study is
part of the student’s clinical duty, thus, policies on RLE also applies. The case study should
have the following parts:
a. Title Page
b. Introduction
c. Patient’s Profile
d. Patient’s History
e. Gordon’s 11 Functional Health Pattern
f. Pathophysiology or Etiology
g. Physical Examination
h. Laboratory, Imaging and Diagnostic Tests
i. Drug Studies
j. Nursing Care Plans
k. Discharge Care Plans
l. References using APA 7 edition

Dormitory
1. Students who are having their affiliations outside Cagayan, in an official activity
representing the College or University who stays in a dormitory should comply with the
following regulations:
a. Cleanliness should be maintained inside the dormitory (especially inside the comfort
room and kitchen)
b. Beddings should be neatly arranged.
c. Eating is allowed only in the kitchen or in the dining room.
