Subscription/retainer models

          If your business allows a model to look at is a subscription or payment plan

          or retainer model.




          This can provide a regular income stream to your business from hopefully

          every customer you win or if not all a % at least. So as an example you


          might offer a training course at £299 and then a follow up offer of free

          updates with additional bonus material sent out each month for £29.99 per

          month to monthly subscribers.




          If you get 100 customers on your initial sales training product that’s

          £29,900 and that would be your total revenue until you sell something else,

          but if you introduced the £29.99 a month plan and had 50 out of the 100

          sign-up to your offer then you are getting £1,499 every month. As you build

          your clients over time you are adding to your monthly paying clients
