forth the last couple of years between RG402 and RG405 on the BNSF con-
tracts.
What was the first machine you were assigned to? What are some likes
and dislikes about working on a grinder? I first started on RG302. I like
working on a grinder because it’s fast paced and constantly moving to differ-
ent parts of the US. We get to see a lot of cool things and beautiful scenery
traveling the country.
How did you first hear about Loram? I can’t remember exactly but I’m
pretty sure it was from Craigslist.
What intrigued you enough to apply for a position at Loram?

course. What I like best about working at Loram is the opportunity
for advancement.
What’s your favorite memory from the past year? My favorite memory from the past year was being able to help
build an awesome crew.
What about the crew that you have made it so awesome? I learn each employee’s strengths and weaknesses and
have used that to help them maximize their potential.
What do you like to do when you get a day off? I like to get the crew together and barbecue or go out to eat or
do some type of activity together. That way everyone feels a part of the family. It makes our bond tight out here on
the road.
What is the worst task to perform on the machine? The worst task to perform on the machine is chipping under
buggies where the mods don’t tilt out.
Where are you from? I am from Paramount, CA. I was born and raised there.
What is the best thing about your hometown? The weather!
What is it about the weather you like? Its always sunny but never too hot in southern California.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? If I could live anywhere, it would be right here in my hometown,
the city of angels.
What has been your favorite location to work since joining Loram? Fort Worth, TX is my favorite location.
What do you miss most about being away from home? My family of course.
