Brett is a very motivated, up and comer, always eager to learn and contribute. I have come to rely on Brett's quick
responses to email, calls and texts. His actions have gained him the respect of the many NS Railroad employees he
works with day in and day out on either RG417 or RGS2. Giving the Operational Excellence Manager's coin to
Brett for October was an easy choice, as his punctuality and professionalism are greatly appreciated! Thank you,
