Using a game or animation design logo/brand on
another product without permission (Trademark)

Each possible violation identified 1 mark each

(ii) ONE possible solution that can mitigate for any of the
violations
Steps should be taken to register the product or
service with the local or regional intellectual
property rights organization or government agency.
The intellectual property rights marks and statements
are clearly placed on the product or service to make
consumers or persons aware of the product being
protected by IP laws.

certain qualities or a reputation that are linked to
