a somewhat injurious effect on his health; but this has not prevented
him from being married to a grand-daughter of the Weal of Hakhl*

He has remained in India, and at the close of the year had
gone up to Poona. There have been sundry rumours of hia intention.
to visit Muscat, but they appear to have only a shadowy foundation*

He has continued to study at Mayo College, Ajmere, despite
the Sultan's desire at one stago (possibly for reasons of economy
rather than for tho ostensible reason of dissatidfaotion with
Soiyid Fahr's progress) to with aw him.

Ha was in France at the time of the German occupation and
spent some time in a Nasi concentration camp* He was subsequently
released, end when last heard of was living in Paris, Tho problem
of getting money to him for his expenses, or to enable him to get out
of France, has presented considerable (and probably insuperable)
difficulties*
