                        me to demand reparation from tho said Shaikhs and to show the inorkcd
                        displeasure of Government.

                        8ary to arrango matters with Shpikh Ali- bin IChalifeh, brother of Sbal
                        Mahomod, and who is now Shaikh of Bahrein. I havo to request that y

                        tions, whether in regard to money paymorils or other matters.
