Shaikhs of Quttar having committed serious piratical breaches of tho man*

me to demand reparation from tho said Shaikhs and to show the inorkcd
displeasure of Government.

Government, but, on the contrary, Hod his country; honcc it bccamo necos-
8ary to arrango matters with Shpikh Ali- bin IChalifeh, brother of Sbal
Mahomod, and who is now Shaikh of Bahrein. I havo to request that y
