Circulflr No. 27
Wo were and still hinting in all our previous
circulars that our policy io always genuinely peueful and
\vc auk for just demands. V/o do not rocognioe any means which
involve force and troubles. Wo wore disappointed and annoyed
by the event which took place yesterday morning when a big
number of poople croweded in the bazaur in front of oomo of
the shops against the persons who wore accused of dishonesty,
V/e consider this tyjjo of gathering and disturbance a clear voilutlcr
to the Committee's instructions. We request the poople not to
involve themselves again in such a case. The bazaar is a place
for business and there are in it foreigners and locals intermingled
It is a pity to disturb* the consistency of pcuco and it is a pity
for the dominders of rightd to have their case described in such
notorious manners.
V/e repent our request to the respectable nationalists
occured
not to lot similar matters HCCGUJKd again.
