On this occasion, the Ottoman Imperial

to it as ٥ territo٣ial Power on he shores

ARr١.٦ ٣Th.e t٥ Government5 agree to
the establishment, in the shortest possible
period of time, of a commission that shall
apply to the territory the limits established
by Articles 5٠ 7, and 1٥ of this Convention
and shall draw up ‫ ﺩ‬detailed plan and e٦­
planatory report. The plan and the eport,
once draitcd a١d Ju‫ ﺍ‬sig٠٦ed :‫ ﺍ‬e:٢٥‫ﺍ‬5‫ ﺍﺮﻟﺯ‬c­
tive commissioners, hall be considered an
integral part of te pre5e٨٤ Convention.
