making any progross with Shaikh Ahmad over Zubarah will,
however, he seriously prejudiced if vie award Halul to Ahu Dhabi
ao the result of Gault's mission, and wc shall therefore have
to try and get the Zubarah issue out of the way before we
administer this bitter pill to the Qataris*
