2.2 Forward Stretching (alternate version)

              Stand erect this time with your feet 18 inches apart.
              Stretch your arms to your sides at shoulder level.
              Now bend and reach your left toe with your right
              hand. Return to erect position. Then bend and touch
              your right toe with your left hand. Don’t bend your
              knees throughout the exercise. Perform 15 times for
              each side for 3 sets (see Picture 3.2b below)
