4. Alternate Leg Raise Stretch using a Wall

                               To Start this stretching rest your one
                               hand on the wall for the wall
                               position, then lift your leg as high as
                               possible as shown in this Picture 4.
                               Make sure that the hip is aligned to
                               the leg being raise. Do this is 8
                               repetition and 5 sets. Do this exercise
                               on both legs alternately after every
                               set.
