2.4 Jog

              For colder counties additional warm up routine will
              be required. One best warm up routine is jogging
              around the gym. This will simulate the blood
              circulation in the whole body. You can also march
              bending your knees as high as possible at only one
              point upwards. See Picture 3.2d below.
