  Participation in the planning, construction, functional review and transition of operations for City
                   parking facilities serving the Montage Hotel, the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (The
                   Wallis), City’s Class A Office Building and the City’s Fleet Services Center
                    Responsible for the administration of the Reciprocal Easement and Operating Agreement (REOA)
                   between the City and the Montage Hotel for the Public/Private Partnership which governs budgets,
                   space allocation, maintenance and operation standards, and cost allocation of expenses between
                   the parties
                      Awarded grant funding for the installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations for use
                   by the public in City parking facilities, in partnership with the Department of Energy and
                   ChargePoint America
                      Renegotiated Credit Card Processing agreement, saving approximately $100,000 in annual fees
                      Comprehensive deferred maintenance analysis and long-term maintenance and rehabilitation plans
                   for all City parking assets, including elevator modernization, concrete restoration, waterproofing,
                   wayfinding (internal and external) and aesthetic improvements such as public art
                      Developed a public information program for real-time cost and availability of parking within City assets
                      Partnership with neighboring City to provide on-street, single-space, credit card parking
                   meter implementation (First Citywide deployment of this type in the US) allowing alternative
                   payment methods, improving the customer experience and promoting improved compliance
                   through convenience
                      Retrofitting of carbon-monoxide and lighting systems, including the installation of power
                   regulators through local energy saving rebate programs with 12-14 month paybacks and
                   ongoing energy savings of more than 1 million kilowatt hours annually
                      Developed of a License Plate Recognition (LPR), GPS enabled vehicle for more efficient time-
                   zone and permit zone enforcement – Participated with CPPA in the passing of legislation to
                   enable the issuance of LPR violations from Street Sweeping equipment
                      Replacement of the PARCS equipment including the study and implementation plan for conversion
                   from exit cashiering to a Pay-on-Foot model, including standardization of the Pay-on-Foot model to
                   the new City construction projects
                      Reorganized on-street valet parking services to a private parking facility validation subsidy,
                   saving approximately $20,000 per month in operating expenses
                      Developed and delivered the City’s Impact Analysis for a parking voter initiative outlining short
                   and long-term financial and operational impacts
                      Committee member for the development of the City’s long-term Strategic Plan
                      Transitioning the City’s current process for taxicab regulation from a Certificate of Convenience and
                   Necessity to a Franchise award program
                      Assisting the Chamber of Commerce in developing an on-street community valet parking program
                   for business improvement districts
                      Developing a space monitoring program for on-street and off-street parking customer guidance
                   and wayfinding
                      Developing a comprehensive audit program including trend analysis and physical ticket
                   inventories, with oversight compliance by independent parties
                      Developing  a License Plate Recognition (LPR)/Reparking system being considered for regional
                   deployment which prevents single users from illegally reparking to circumvent parking control
                   systems for the purpose of obtaining free parking
                      Pursing legislative changes of the California Vehicle Code (CVC) related to disabled placard
                   parking regulations and privileges
