Parking Enforcement Supervisor and Parking Operation Supervisor
Parking Collections/Maintenance Officer
Parking Attendant I/II (Flex Position)
Police Security Officer (to exclusively patrol parking facilities)
Updated the employee annual review program incorporating the standard City process by
providing employees the opportunity to self-evaluate performance prior to management reviews,
providing a comparison of the two evaluations and opportunity to discuss gaps and overlaps
Supported to staff training, development, and education by personally participate, and
continuously encourage staff to take advantage of training and development opportunities and
assisted Parking Operations Supervisor in earning an undergraduate degree
Contracted with neighboring City to perform meter maintenance and collections functions
Participated in contract and union negotiations to transition staff from three City departments to
newly created Parking Services Division
Increased revenues in a single parking structure by 50% without a rate adjustment
