                    Approximately 70 Employees and Operating Budget of $6,000,000
                    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parking Operations Division under the direction of the
                  Parking Operations Manager


               Achievements
                    Participated in special events requiring the need for self-park and valet operations, limo and shuttle
                  service, and street closures and detours
                    Created and implemented a formal employee training program for Parking Operations
                    Developed and implemented a new schedule to incorporate updated MOU provisions
                    Developed preventative maintenance program and trained staff to perform non-warranty work on
                  Parking Access and Revenue Control Equipment
                    Created a technical/policy manual for parking equipment and operations
                    Assisted in the transition planning for a new multi-use parking facility and retail center
                    Developed and implemented a free on-street valet parking program during construction project
                    Increased revenue through proper supervision and additional audits by approximately 10% first year
                  and 8% the following year
