GROW Graduates – is a specific Graduate training programme which we recruit
for each year. A two year programme in which the Graduates work either in
our hotels or within our finance division to develop the skills they need to
become Managers of the future.

2.1 Career Review

During your probationary period, you will receive monthly reviews to assess
your performance and to provide and receive feedback. At your final
probation month you will have a further review to assess whether you have
passed the probationary period. If there are still things to work on, this
could be extended by three months and a final review would then take place.
