               4.      Talking To Each Other

              4.1  Employee Engagement Survey

                                                                    Each  year  you  will  receive  a
                                                                    questionnaire  to  complete,  so
                                                                    we  can  gain  your  feedback  on
                                                                    work  related  issues  and  your
                                                                    satisfaction        with        them.
                                                                    Questions  will  be  asked  about
                                                                    your  job  role,  your  manager,
                                                                    communication  and  career  and
                                                                    benefits.        The     survey    is
                                                                    managed  by  an  external  company
                                                                    meaning  that  all  responses  are
                                                                    completely     confidential.      The
                                                                    feedback  received  from  this
                                                                    process  will  shape  the  HR  Plan
                                                                    for  the  following  year-  so  it
                                                                    is  a  great  opportunity  to  let
                                                                    us know what you think.

                                                                    Meetings are held every quarter
                                                                    to talk through the results and
                                                                    the  subsequent  action  plan  so
                                                                    that  changes  can  be  made  about
                                                                    how we do things where possible
                                                                    and      make      your      working
                                                                    environment  even  better.  We
                                                                    always     ask    for     interested
                                                                    parties to get involved and you
                                                                    can  talk  to  the  HR  /  Line
                                                                    Manager if this is something of
                                                                    interest to you.

               4.2  Company Updates

               Most  of  information  is  communicated  by  the  hotel  directly  through  team
               meetings and notice boards. When the company needs to communicate updates, it
               will  do  so  via  Town  Hall  meetings  as  well  as  Word  on  the  Street  which  is
               issued  to  the  hotel  each  month.  A  great  example  of  this  is  when  we  update
               everyone about the successes of the Charity Challenge.
