Lunch

















        METHOD

         . Cut tofu in   inch slices, and marinade in teriyaki sauce for  -   minutes. Saut  tofu in sauce in a
        preheated non-stick frying pan. Cook    mins per side or until it starts to brown and all the liquid is all
        gone. Remove from heat.

         . Prepare the lentils by adding them to a small saucepan. Add water and spices and bring to a boil.
        Once boiling, turn down to a simmer and cook for   -   minutes or until the lentils are soft and
        cooked through. Remove from heat.


         . Stir together all the classic tahini dressing ingredients and set dressing aside.


         . Chop the teriyaki tofu into cubes and add it to a bowl along with the lentils. Add any additional
        veggies you want. I like to add avocado, sprouts, shredded cabbage, red bell pepper, sauerkraut, and
        chopped tomatoes. Pour the tahini dressing over the veggies and lentils and en oy!
