        Teriyaki Tofu Nourish Bowl



        The sweet, salty and tangy flavours of this teriyaki tofu are  ust perfect!  ou know I love a good
        punchy sauce and it doesn’t get much better than this. Combined with all the fresh veggies,
        peppery lentils and my classic tahini dressing, this is one amazing bowl.







        INGREDIENTS                                                               Makes 1 large bowl or 2

        Teriyaki tofu:                                                            smaller bowls
        •    block firm tofu                                                       371 calories  (based on 2 servings
        •      tbsp tamari                                                        - excluding optional additions)
        •    tbsp rice vinegar
        •    tsp garlic powder                                                    Macros:
        •    tsp ginger powder                                                    25g Protein 33g Carb 16g Fat
        •    tsp sesame oil
        •    tsp maple syrup
        Lentils:
        •    cup (  g) french lentils         Classic tahini dressing:               Optional Additions (pick at
