#2.KW10 2017 Podere Orma Passo di Orma Bolgheri Rosso / Merlot / Cabernet Sauv Bolgheri, Tuscany
The Bolgheri Rosso “Podere di Orma” is a red wine with a fruity, substantial and rich profile which is aged for 6 months in barrique. It reveals an intense
aromatic apparatus of ripe fruit, such as pomegranate, cherry, black cherry and berries, enriched with spicy hints, vegetable hints and flavors of vanilla and
tobacco. The taste is enveloping and medium-bodied, with a well-inserted tannic texture and pleasant fruity freshness

#1.LW2 2018 Gapsted Tobacco Road / Sangiovese / Barbera King Valley, Victoria
“Great song, Tobacco Road. Probably most interesting cover would be the David Lee Roth one.
Sour-sweet kind of feel here, nice though, .Has a creaminess to texture but a core of bristling acidity. Sour cherry really nice flavour over rose water and some
blood orange. Light sage character resonates. I like a lot going on here, feels like a good and interesting ‘pizza night wine”.

*Italian Wine pairings- Go especially well with Old World dishes. The flavors of foods and wines that have grown up together over the centuries
—Tuscan recipes and Tuscan wines, for instance — are almost always a natural fit. A pappardelle with veal ragù pairs well with a medium-bodied
Brunello di Montalcino or Chianti Classico, for example. Pizza too. These wines don’t mind a bit of spice either and can live up to and pair beautifully
         with grilled meat and sausages.
