Facility

Ombudsmen can provide facility staff training on several topics related to residents and residents’ rights. Every October is

Residents’ Rights Month and during that time many ombudsmen will provide training to facility staff.

During your training you will shadow a Facility Staff Training activity. While shadowing that activity, complete the Trainee

Journal for Facility Staff Training.
