TEACHERS’ TRAINING PROGRAMME

“To consistently adapt to the changing circumstance is the key to evolution and progress.”
The faculty at MJKPS attended various training programmes acquiring new skills to enhance and enrich their
pedagogy and teaching methodology. The online sessions and workshops conducted on a variety of topics added to
the expertise of the teaching faculty equipping them with innovative methods of teaching and learning. The teachers
adapted their methodology according to the changing times re-planning lessons and integrating diverse uses of
technology from digital aids to exploring various teaching strategies to consistently evolve. A lot of effort and
energy was invested in brainstorming and re-imagining the mode of teaching on the online platform. The teachers
underwent various training programmes that facilitated them to integrate technology in their educational endeavours
even further, making the learning process multi-faceted and even more meaningful.
