   The    Health   and   Physical    Department     believes  that    since   all  the  educational    activities  are
   confined    to  online  medium,  it  is  very  important  that  students  follow  a  proper  fitness      schedule

   and   healthy  eating  habits   to  boost  their  immunity   in  order  to  stay fit. The students are educated
   about  the  right  posture  and knowledge  on  maintaining  adequate         distance  from   screen  while   using
   laptops  to  prevent  eyes,  neck  and back pain. Warm up exercises are conducted to provide relief to
   students from body pains  and  stiffness. A       detailed  workout  calendar    was  designed   for  the  students
   ensuring  regular  exercise.  The  Nutritional Value  of  different  food  items  are  discussed      to  inculcate
   healthy   eating  habits.  Also  various  balancing exercises    are  practiced  in  class  motivating  students  to
   practice  the  same   every   day.  Balancing   exercises  improve    the  ability  to  control  and  stabilize  body
   position striking   a  perfect  balance  further  helps  one to live a happy and contented life.          Hopping
   exercises   are  done  which  protects  one  from  gluteal  injuries. The HPE department is continuously
   working towards promoting a healthy lifestyle amongst students.
