ART IS THE JOURNEY OF A FREE SOUL
It is said that a picture is a poem without words. The Department of Art teaches various art
techniques to the students including art forms like Warli and Madhubani. Various competitions are
conducted to motivate the budding artists, encouraging them to exhibit their skills and learn from
their mistakes. Online art competitions like Expressions, Rangakriti and Caricature making are
held for students to let them explore different arenas. Drawings are submitted by students through
Google links. Videos and Audios are sent to make sessions more interactive. Various
concepts are explained through PowerPoint Presentations and online tutorials recorded and
customized by the art faculty. Live demonstrations are given regularly to make students practice
simultaneously.
