1.3 A List of the Program Achievements, Awards, and Significant
Accomplishments
The mechanical engineering department at Al-Baha University boasts a rich tapestry of remarkable

achievements, which can be summarized as follows:

• The teaching staff conducts and publishes research regularly. (Annex 1-3-1-1)

• The teaching staff participates in teaching the postgraduate programs in other departments inside
and outside the engineering college. (Annex 1-3-1-2)

• The staff members are highly expert in teaching the contents of the courses work with high spirits
and able to perform a lot of work, and provide more adequate extracurricular activities. (Annex 1-

3-1-3), and (Annex 1-3-1-4)

• Staff members enrolled in E-learning workshops to increase staff members' skills, and participation
in different committees in the university.

• Staff members developed electronic teaching materials for all courses offered by the program and
these electronic materials are used with the aid of the university blackboard system (Rafid).
