community about the program description, performance, and achievements that meet
the stakeholders’ needs.
• Revision of the KPIs with external benchmarking of KPIs with academic programs, rather
than institutional comparison.
• Activating more a long-term community partnership long term plan to show its role and
clearly evaluate the achievement of the related KPIs by providing internal and external

benchmarks comparison analysis.
• Updating the books and references of the Mechanical Engineering program
• Maintain the workshops and prepare laboratory
