Action recommendations:
• The recruitment of faculty members to reduce the student-to-faculty ratio and achieve
the desired benchmark of 13:1.
• Updating the website to provide reliable and publicly disclosed information to the
community about the program description, performance, and achievements that meet
the stakeholders’ needs.
• Revision of the KPIs with external benchmarking of KPIs with academic programs, rather
than institutional comparison.
