1-1-5 The program management applies mechanisms ensuring integrity, fairness,
and equality in all its academic and administrative practices, and between the male and
female student sections and branches (if any).
This standard was fulfilled, by confirming the concepts of student rights and duties. Where there is
a charter for the rights and duties of students at the university level, with applied in the full
transparency and integrity of all students (Annex S1-1-5-1). Services are also provided to students
through the deanship of student affairs and clarify the organizational structure (Annex S1-1-5-2).
There is also a plan for academic guidance and advice at the University level (Annex S1-1-5-3). Also
a student guidance and counseling evaluation report, including a plan improvement and follow-up
of the previous plan at the program level (Annex S1-1-5-4), which was approved by the
department council No. 4 on 25/02/1445 (Annex S1-1-5-5). The performance evaluation
mechanism for faculty members at Al-Baha University through a form prepared for this purpose
(Annex S1-1-5-6). The author protection system is also available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
(Annex S1-1-5-7).
1-1-6 The program builds on the views of professionals and experts in the program
specialization, to contribute to its evaluation, development, and performance
improvement.
This criterion is met, as there is an administrative decision to form a professional advisory council
(Annex S1-1-6-1) for the faculties of engineering, computer science and information technology,
with the participation of many leaders from the faculty members from the various faculties of the
university, and also with the participation of some leaders of external companies with professional
experience, such as the general manager of a branch The Ministry of Transport in the Al-Baha
region, the director of the Electricity Company’s branch in the Al-Baha region, the director of the
Saudi Telecom Company’s branch in the Al-Baha region, and the head of the Technical and
Vocational Training Council in the Al-Baha region.
A meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Faculties of Engineering, Computer Science and
Information Technology was also held (Annex S1-1-6-2) and three topics were discussed, the first
of which is to see the vision and mission of the faculty of engineering programs and the
characteristics of the graduates in them, and secondly, to discuss the learning outcomes of the
Faculty of Engineering programs and the quality of graduates of the programs and finally
