           7 Divide the Javanese Palm Sugar Syrup evenly between 4 serving glasses. Using the
           cendol strainer (or a ladle with holes), drain the Green Jellies and divide equally into
           the serving glasses on top of the syrup.

           8  Add  the  crushed  ice  into  each  glass  and  top  with  the  coconut  milk.  Serve
           immediately with long handled dessert spoons.
