My career – Management & Services – HI LLC

I therefore created - with the agreement of IT Spin Off - a
new company called HI LLC.
This new company became the exclusive worldwide
distributor, and Management & Services LLC the local
distributor for Belgium.
HI LLC was responsible for managing license sales,
maintenance and support contracts, as well as local
distributors in other countries. A local distributor was
appointed for Portugal. He had signed some very successful
contracts, notably with the WPP group, for which we
managed around 30 companies (out of some 1,500 worldwide).
Management & Services was responsible for sales and
implementation for Belgian customers. It therefore
managed all customers existing before the bankruptcy and

new customers signed since January 15, 2003.
The company ceased operations on March 31, 2016.

History repeats itself: to the bitter end!
The Rossel Group had been our customer since 2001. They
were using several HI-System modules for their accounting
and financial management, as well as Business Objects as an

analysis and reporting tool.
With technological developments already in full swing, they
decided in 2010 to implement a new Business Intelligence
solution, still based on Business Objects. To achieve this, the
